So I have this empty formula can laying around (the large kind from BJ’s) and I am trying to think of what I should do with it. After all, it wouldn’t be very {kinda} crafty of me to just throw it out, would it?!? I just can’t decide if it should be some kind of organizational storage container or a Halloween bucket or some kind of piggy bank to be used as mad money? Oh the possibilities are endless. And, seeing as how baby P still has 7.5 more months of drinking formula I guess there will be many more cans to come, so I guess I can make a lot of different things. Maybe I will turn it into a once a month feature…hmmmm stay tuned I guess!!!

I have been covering cans in contact paper and using them in my studio for all sorts of things. I was looking for an inexpensive solution to store all of my supplies so that they don’t look so messy in open baskets etc…so I have covered the small Avon shipping boxes in contact paper and the different cans w/lids on them. I have two different patterns of paper that look good together and now I have all my supplies sorted and stored inside. It looks very neat and they fit nicely on my shelving too. I have even used a couple of paper boxes from work too. They are a bit large for the shelves but can store under them.
