Since the moment I took my Silhouette SD out of the box I have been making wearables! First, since it was late summer, I focused on football season (GO GATORS!) but I have been looking forward to the holiday season the most. You can find the fat quarter apron tutorial from Prudent Baby here. Also, the 10 minute onsie tutorial is also from Prudent Baby and can be found here. I bought the Michael Miller Christmas fabric from Crafter’s Vision (wonderful customer service – they even called me to tell me they only had about 3/4 of a yard more of this fabric and that it was mine if I wanted it) and I bought the t-shirt vinyl for all these products from Expressions Vinyl (so fast, I ordered on Friday and it was at my door on Monday, all the way from Idaho!)
(sorry to ruin any surprises to those of you who are reading my blog and seeing clothes with your children’s name on them)

So awesome. I’ve got a Silhouette coming for Christmas. Hope to see a lot more of these kinds of posts. 🙂
Thanks,
Susie
Love! ARe you using the thing where you print it out first and then run it through your silhouette? I was just reading about this on another blog. I guess I should really read through all my silhouette instructions!
I believe they call it “Print & Cut” but for these projects I just used T-shirt vinyl that I purchased from Expressions Vinyl. Silhouette also sells their heat transfer which comes in an AMAZING array of colors (both smooth and flocked). A lot of blogs are running a Silhouette special right now but I usually purchase my heat transfer from http://www.scrapbookexpress.com
Hope that helps, I am going to do some Silhouette tutorials really soon!!
these are wonderful & so cute.
everytime i see a silhouette machine project, it just makes me want one even more. there seems to be nothing they can’t do. such adorable clothes!
hey. i thought i had *starred your email* but i can’t find it. i was hoping to run something by you…to see if my idea would work for a printable download.
i want stickers for my etsy shop for now. wondering if that program you use could work. let me know.
thanks.

i just found ya from tatertots and jello. love ya already. i have a silhouette too. i haven’t ventured into the wearables yet. i have made cards and tons of wall stuff.i can spend hours just playing with the software to see what the possibilites are. keep the ideas rolling! i’ll be back.
ah so adorable!! I cannot wait to do this! The silhouette is the only thing I want for Christmas!! if you have time, please come link up to ladybug blessings handmade tuesdays at http://www.ladybug-blessings.com
These look great! I do have a silhouette but haven’t done heat transfer with it yet. I think I understand how you would do the designs you have with just 1 color heat transfer but how does it work with more than 1 color in the same “design” like your ornament?
I need that dress!!!
Thanks so much for linking up to Too Cute Tuesday!
