This is an awesome, affordable idea! Your ribbon collection looks just like mine.. I LOVE it! I would LOVE for you to link up any of your projects to my Ten Buck Tuesday link parties!
What a great idea!! I LOVE ribion, but my collection is still pretty small (give it a few more months). I will definitly keep this in mind. Following you from Young Nesters link party. Please stop by my blog when you can. http://diyhshp.blogspot.com/
ugg, my ribbon is in worse state than your before. I shoved it all in a box the other day, but I KNOW that won’t be a long-term solution. I’ve been looking for something that stores it in a way that is easy to access, but also out of sight. I’ve seen lots of craft rooms where it’s on the wall, but this is so much better. Must go get some dowels!
What a simple, yet AWESOME idea! Can’t wait ot find time to do this with my ribbon. BTW, I love the way you added your writing right to the photos. What program do you use to do that? Photoshop?
This is great. You can see what you have and be able to get just what you need from a roll without having to take it out of the box. You certainly have some pretty ribbons!
I soooo need to try something like that with my ribbon. Might need to find a really sturdy box… or maybe a wooden crate… all my boxes get pretty beat up very quickly. *sigh* the danger of living with boys! ; )
ok. That is a great idea. I have been looking for a ribbon organization idea and now I have found it. Thank you! Found your blog from The Creative Girls Blog Hop.

I’ve seen versions of this in closets and shelving, but I’ve never seen it in a box. I love it! You can take it wherever you’re crafting!

what a great idea. I love holding the ribbons with pins. I use tape which is so much less attractive!
