So I hinted on my Facebook page the other day (you can join the fun by clicking the link over there on the right hand sidebar) that I had made the easiest personalized home decor project, ever! So here it is
What do you think? Pretty, isn’t it! I said I wasn’t going to share it until I got it hung up, but seriously who I am kidding?!? The spot I want to hang this requires a ladder which requires motivation, so maybe when we get out the ladder to hang holiday decorations it will get hung 🙂 Hopefully it will be before then, but I didn’t want to wait to share! Here are a couple more pictures for your viewing pleasure and then I will tell you how EASY it is to make!
All you need a frame (this one was on clearance at Micheal’s), a pretty piece of scrapbook paper (this one is from Paper Salon which is no longer in business, sad), and a vinyl letter (you could print a letter out on white cardstock, cut it out, and glue it on as well). Place you paper in the frame, adhere letter to front of glass, bingo bango bongo, you’re done!
I totally plan on hanging this letter (hopefully along with some other fun, found “H”s) above my entry way table which currently looks like this (which includes a couple of easy hand made goodies, too)
re-painted my H from Christmas time & made that little memo board of sorts from an open frame and ribbon |

Beautiful! The memo board is really neat, too!
I just love the projects I’ve seen so far through Amanda’s party. Everything I’ve seen is lovely, frugal, and reasonably quick to make. I am, however, starting to feel somewhat craft-impaired. LOL

Stacy, it’s lovely!! You’re so lucky to have a “fun” initial. I was thinking about that yesterday—how boring is “T”? Blah. At least my maiden name had a good initial, “W.” You did a great job…love that you can swap the paper out when you want.
Thanks for joining my Weekend Bloggy Reading party! 🙂

Love that “H”! And all the other thrifty assessories you made for you home. But they sure look like a million bucks! Great job!
I have a weekly linky party called Terrific Under Ten Tuesdays. It’s for projects made for $10 or less. I would love for you to link up sometime!
