Last year I found this really cute design in the Silhouette Store and by flipping it and welding it, made this really cute bunny card.
When I was looking through my library of shapes last week and came across this little guy I thought that he would make a cute shirt! To take a step further I wanted the shirt to also be soft and fuzzy like a bunny so I dug out some minky dot chenille! Since the minky dot is a very stretchy fabric instead of trying to cut it with the Silhouette Cameo I decided to cut a piece of freezer paper to use as a pattern and hand cut the minky dot with nice sharp fabric scissors. I did however cut the fabric I used for the “tail” using the Silhouette. My disclaimer before you scroll to the finished photos is that I am still a pretty amateur seamstress at best, so don’t look too closely at the stitching!
now I just need to make a 2nd one for my older daughter. Maybe I can dig out last year’s shirt and get some mileage out of that one, too!

Very cute. Your stitching is better than mine.

Toooo cute Stacy! I have no idea how to stitch yet — and I think it looks great!
