Monday – No real recipe really – just a rotisserie chicken on a bed of salad greens with veggies, a little low-fat feta, and my favorite low calorie balsamic vinaigrette.
Wednesday {Halloween} – Bobby’s Lighter Lasagna Soup although I make it with all ground lean ground turkey instead from Paula Deen
Friday – Rocco’s Fettuccine Alfredo from Runner’s World which uses whole wheat pasta and greek yogurt to make the Alfredo sauce
Hopefully I can make this a series and we can share healthier recipes with each other!!
