The Slimfast 14 Days to Slimdown program really already incorporates a lot of things I was already doing to help craft a better me; just with a lot less cooking! I started with the limited edition Pina Colada flavor.
The program is simple to follow:
Stick to 1200 calories a day, eat three snacks a day that are 100 calories or a piece of fruit, swap out 2 of your meals for a delicious Slimfast shake, and then you can pick which meal of the day you get to spend you 500 calories on. Also, make sure you get 30 minutes of light to medium exercise everyday and of course keep that water near by!
With the time you save not prepping 2 meals a day you have more time for things, like crafting! As you can see while I was shooting my Let’ Flamingle post last week I was enjoying my breakfast.
While I was picking through ribbon loops to make a wreath yesterday, dinner.
And of course, anytime I get to use mason jars, party straws, and paper flowers, I am all in.
